Shipping rates & delivery times
To the United States 🇺🇸
Orders under $60 → $4.99 USD (7–14 business days)
Orders $60 and over → FREE (7–14 business days)
To selected international countries 🌍
Express Shipping
Orders $0–$50 → $20 USD (5–12 business days)
Orders $50–$100 → $10 USD (5–12 business days)
Orders $100 and over → FREE (5–12 business days)
K-Packet Shipping, where available
Orders $0–$50 → $5 USD (10–20 business days, depending on destination)
Orders $50 and over → FREE (10–20 business days, depending on destination)
Please note that available shipping methods and final shipping rates may vary depending on your destination country and will be shown at checkout.
Order processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days, depending on product availability, supplier schedule, and order volume.
Some products may have slightly different processing times as they are sourced from multiple suppliers.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Notice: Orders placed at the end of each month may take a few additional days to process due to supplier and warehouse schedules. Thank you for your patience ❤️
Shipping origin
All orders are shipped from South Korea.
Please note that some orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability or supplier location.

We currently ship to selected countries. Available options will be shown at checkout based on your location.
If your country is not available at checkout, it means we are currently unable to ship to that destination.
Delivery address guidelines
🚫 Please provide a secure and valid shipping address. PO Boxes, shared addresses, forwarding addresses, or incomplete addresses may not be accepted depending on the shipping carrier.
playlensy is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible shipping addresses.
Customs & import fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges depending on the destination country.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
playlensy is not responsible for customs delays, unpaid customs fees, or packages returned due to customs issues. Please check your country’s import policies before placing your order.
Tracking information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
What if my package is delayed?
We work hard to ensure smooth deliveries, but delays can sometimes happen due to customs, local couriers, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

✔️ If the carrier cannot locate your package, please contact us and we’ll help investigate the issue.

Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, playlensy is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.
Returned or failed deliveries
🚨 playlensy is not responsible for packages returned or undelivered due to factors outside our control, including absence of the recipient, incorrect address, customs issues, unpaid duties or taxes, or failure to pick up the package on time.
If a package cannot be delivered due to customer error or inaction, the order cannot be refunded to the original payment method.
Depending on the situation, the customer may choose between a gift card refund or one-time reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the reason for failed delivery.
